Where are my newsletter subscribers stored?
Subscribers are added directly to your Shopify customer and marketing system. GamesPUP does not maintain a separate newsletter subscriber list for your store.
What reward is included?
Ready-to-Play games include a 10% discount reward. Choose Standard or With your logo for the same game and reward. Custom Games can have rewards tailored to your campaign.
Can I customize a Ready-to-Play Game?
Standard shows the game title in the popup header. With your logo shows your brand logo instead. Both use the same ready-to-play game world and gameplay. For custom characters, worlds or gameplay, choose a Custom Game.
Why is there a monthly GamesPUP Service fee?
GamesPUP is a continuously hosted service. The monthly fee keeps your game live and includes hosting, technical maintenance, compatibility updates and ongoing improvements to the GamesPUP infrastructure and code.
What happens if I cancel my GamesPUP Service?
You can cancel according to your subscription terms. Once the paid service period ends, the hosted GamesPUP experience will no longer be available on your store. Our service model allows us to keep the initial cost of your game low while continuously providing hosting, maintenance and ongoing technical improvements.
Do I need to install an app?
No. GamesPUP works without an additional Shopify app. You receive everything you need together with a simple setup guide.
How do I add GamesPUP to my Shopify store?
After checkout, you’ll receive everything you need by email, including a simple step-by-step setup guide. The setup is designed to be quick and straightforward.
Is the setup safe for my Shopify store?
GamesPUP is designed as a contained integration. The provided code is added in one dedicated section, so you don’t need to modify multiple parts of your Shopify theme.
