Choose a Ready-to-Play Game and your preferred edition. New customers need one GamesPUP Service Plan. Your game setup and step-by-step guide arrive by email.

Your newsletter subscribers

Subscribers are added directly to your Shopify customer and marketing system.

Your Service Plan

One Service Plan covers your GamesPUP games and includes hosting, technical updates, maintenance and support. Your hosted game remains active while the plan is active.

What’s the difference between Ready-to-Play and Custom?

Ready-to-Play games are ready-made GamesPUP games: choose your game and edition – Standard or With your logo. Both editions include the 10% reward. Custom Games are created around your characters, world, gameplay, branding and campaign.

How do I receive my Ready-to-Play game?

After your purchase, we email you the setup instructions as a PDF. Follow the guide to integrate your game into Shopify.

What does the Service Plan include?

The GamesPUP Service Plan includes hosting, technical updates, maintenance and support for your purchased Ready-to-Play games. The Founders Edition is free for the first month, then €19 per month. One active plan covers all your purchased Ready-to-Play games in your store. You can cancel anytime.

How much does a Custom Game cost?

Pricing depends on the game concept, design and scope. Tell us about your idea and we’ll prepare a tailored quote.

Use the support contact form to describe your problem. Include the game name and what happened so we can help you with the next steps.
