GamesPUP offers exclusively digital products and services. No physical shipping takes place.

After a successful purchase, the digital content associated with the purchased game, including the setup guide, is sent to the email address provided during the purchase or otherwise made available digitally.

No shipping costs apply to digital products.

Delivery usually takes place immediately after the order and payment have been completed successfully.

Please ensure that the email address entered when ordering is correct.

What’s the difference between Ready-to-Play and Custom?

Ready-to-Play games are ready-made GamesPUP games: choose your game and edition – Standard or With your logo. Both editions include the 10% reward. Custom Games are created around your characters, world, gameplay, branding and campaign.

How do I receive my Ready-to-Play game?

After your purchase, we email you the setup instructions as a PDF. Follow the guide to integrate your game into Shopify.

What does the Service Plan include?

The GamesPUP Service Plan includes hosting, technical updates, maintenance and support for your purchased Ready-to-Play games. The Founders Edition is free for the first month, then €19 per month. One active plan covers all your purchased Ready-to-Play games in your store. You can cancel anytime.

How much does a Custom Game cost?

Pricing depends on the game concept, design and scope. Tell us about your idea and we’ll prepare a tailored quote.
